Easy Soft Bread Rolls

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons sugar
1 packet rapid rise yeast
1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoons salt

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt
Add the warm water and olive oil
Mix until a soft dough forms

Knead the dough for about 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls
Place them into small greased baking molds or a baking dish

Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 to 40 minutes, until doubled in size

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown on top

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving

Soft, fluffy, and perfect for sandwiches or with butter 😋
