Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup (about 300 g)
1 can tomato soup (about 300 g)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chopped onion until browned
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then drain excess fat
In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth
Lightly grease the slow cooker
Add a layer of uncooked egg noodles at the bottom
Top with part of the cooked beef mixture
Pour some of the sauce over it
Sprinkle a bit of cheddar and mozzarella
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until noodles are tender
Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving
Sprinkle parsley on top if desired

If the mixture looks dry while cooking, add a splash of milk
You can swap ground beef with ground turkey
