Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese on a serving plate and shape it into a rectangle or leave it as a block
In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes until well combined
Pour the sauce evenly over the cream cheese, letting it drip down the sides
Sprinkle chopped red bell pepper on top if using
