Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast

Juicy Mayo-Parmesan Crusted Chicken
A quick and easy weeknight dinner, this baked chicken dish comes out incredibly juicy with a flavorful, golden crust. The creamy mayo-Parmesan topping locks in moisture and adds a rich, cheesy finish the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup. - Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended. - Prep the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels. Arrange them evenly in the prepared baking dish. - Top the Chicken
Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture generously over the top of each chicken breast, covering them completely for best results. - Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly. - Optional Broil
For a crispier crust, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning. - Serve
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Recipe Notes:
- Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, rice pilaf, or a fresh green salad.
- This recipe also works well with boneless chicken thighs—just adjust the cooking time slightly.
- Leftovers reheat beautifully and make great sandwiches or wraps the next day.
