Ingredients
2 cups egg noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
2 cups corn
1 cup milk
2 cups cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup French fried onions
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions, then drain well.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, chicken, corn, chopped onion, milk, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, cheese, and crumbled bacon. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the French fried onions evenly over the top.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5–10 minutes, until the onions are golden and crispy.
Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
