Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
In a large bowl cream together the butter brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
Add the eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition then stir in the vanilla extract

Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack
