Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Packets

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Packets

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buffalo sauce
8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into medium pieces so they cook evenly.
  2. Tear several pieces of aluminum foil and place a portion of chicken in the center of each piece.
  3. Spoon buffalo sauce over the chicken pieces.
  4. Add a small chunk of cream cheese on top of each portion.
  5. Wrap the foil tightly to create sealed packets.
  6. Place the packets in the bottom of the slow cooker and stack them if needed.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is tender and juicy.
  8. Carefully open the packets, shred the chicken slightly, and mix it with the melted cream cheese and buffalo sauce inside the foil.
  9. Serve hot. You can enjoy it as is, or spoon the buffalo chicken into sandwiches, wraps, or over rice.

Spicy, creamy, and incredibly juicy — perfect for game day dinners.
