Ingredients

2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth and creamy.

Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and silky.

In a separate bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until it begins to thicken.

Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.

In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated and fluffy. Do not overmix.

Spoon or pipe the mixture into small serving glasses.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm and set.

Serve chilled.

Optional variations

Add crushed cookies or biscuit crumbs at the bottom for a layered dessert.
Fold in 1/2 cup melted white chocolate for a richer version.
