Melt the chocolate chips in another microwave-safe bowl, warming in intervals and stirring until smooth. Spoon melted chocolate over the caramel-pecan clusters, completely or partially covering them depending on your preference. Tap the tray gently to smooth the tops. Allow the candies to cool at room temperature or place in the fridge until fully set. Once hardened, peel them off the parchment and store them in an airtight container.
