Prep the Ribs:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove the silver skin\/membrane from the back of the ribs (this helps make them tender).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rub with olive oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix all dry spices and rub generously all over the ribs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let marinate for at least <strong>1 hour<\/strong> or preferably overnight in the fridge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
