Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound (480 g) chicken wings
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed peppercorn
Method:
Step 1: Prepare the Wings
Coat the Wings :
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl.
Pour the vegetable oil over the wings.
Toss the wings well to ensure they are evenly coated with oil. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Breading
Mix Dry Ingredients :
In a small mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and crushed peppercorn.
Mix well to ensure an even distribution of the spices.
Step 3: Bread the Wings
Coat with Flour Mixture :

Place the breaded wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Step 4: Preheat the Air Fryer
Set Temperature :
Preheat your air fryer to 400º F (200º C).
Step 5: Cook the Wings
Air Fry the Wings :
Cook the breaded wings in the preheated air fryer for 20 minutes.
Flip the wings once during the cooking process to ensure even crisping.
Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. The internal temperature should reach 165º F (82º C).
