Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1/2 pound ground beef
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  1. Cook the Beef:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain any excess fat and stir in the crumbled bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well.

  • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.

  • Gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  • Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
