Ingredients
2–3 lbs beef ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup beef broth or water
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Place the sliced onion and garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker
Season the beef ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika
Lay the ribs on top of the onions
Pour in the beef broth or water
Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours until tender

Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet
Brush generously with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with brown sugar
Broil in the oven for 3–5 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy

Serve hot with extra barbecue sauce on the side
