Big Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
2 to 3 large steaks (ribeye, T-bone, or sirloin)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, black pepper, minced garlic, and hot sauce. Mix well until fully blended. Add the steaks and turn them several times to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 8 to 24 hours for maximum flavor. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature. Preheat a grill or heavy skillet over high heat. Cook the steaks for 4 to 6 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness, brushing lightly with the marinade while cooking. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
