Ingredients
1 rack pork ribs 1–1.5 kg
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C
Remove membrane from ribs
Season ribs with salt pepper paprika and garlic powder
Wrap ribs in foil and place on tray
Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender
Method
Combine barbecue sauce honey soy sauce brown sugar garlic vinegar and ketchup in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened
Remove ribs from oven and unwrap
Brush ribs generously with glaze
Increase oven to 220°C or use grill
Cook 10 to 15 minutes brushing more glaze until sticky and caramelized
Let rest then slice and serve
