Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Packets
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buffalo sauce
8 ounces cream cheese
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into medium pieces so they cook evenly.
- Tear several pieces of aluminum foil and place a portion of chicken in the center of each piece.
- Spoon buffalo sauce over the chicken pieces.
- Add a small chunk of cream cheese on top of each portion.
- Wrap the foil tightly to create sealed packets.
- Place the packets in the bottom of the slow cooker and stack them if needed.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is tender and juicy.
- Carefully open the packets, shred the chicken slightly, and mix it with the melted cream cheese and buffalo sauce inside the foil.
- Serve hot. You can enjoy it as is, or spoon the buffalo chicken into sandwiches, wraps, or over rice.
Spicy, creamy, and incredibly juicy — perfect for game day dinners.
