
A refreshing, antioxidant-rich drink inspired by traditional natural ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup soursop pulp (fresh or frozen, seeds removed)
(You can substitute with avocado + pineapple if unavailable) - 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric, grated (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1–2 teaspoons hibiscus (dried) or ¼ cup strong hibiscus tea (cooled)
- Juice of ½ lime or lemon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, for taste)
- A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- If using dried hibiscus, steep it in hot water for 5–7 minutes, then let it cool.
- Add soursop pulp, water (or coconut water), turmeric, ginger, hibiscus tea, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
- Add ice and blend again if you want it extra cold.
- Pour into a glass and drink fresh.
