Ingredients:

  • 2 16 oz blocks of Velveeta cheese (one white, one regular)
  • 1-2 cans of Rotel tomatoes (use two for extra flavor)
  • 1 box of penne pasta

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the penne pasta according to the instructions on the box until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef.
