Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Ingredients:

-For the Cinnamon Filling:

1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

-For the Cheesecake:

24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream

-For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:

Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
Make the cinnamon filling: Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
Make the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add half of the cinnamon filling, then repeat layers.
Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 60 minutes. Turn off the oven, let the cheesecake sit in the oven for another hour.
Chill overnight before serving.
