Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lb (225g) cottage cheese (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz (225g) spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Spaghetti:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Meat Sauce:

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is lightly browned.
