Ingredients:

  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 lb (225g) cottage cheese (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz (225g) spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Spaghetti:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
