2 large eggs

1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onions, crushed crackers, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated but try not to overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking pan or loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon mustard.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
